Internal Position:
Researcher
Key Accountability：
- Responsible for data bank management, including data input, updating and register.
- Responsible for marketing information collecting and managing, including new company sourcing, recruitment information, talent market activities.
- Responsible for Research Dept. and assisting Project Dept. to conduct the cold call for all industries.
- Responsible for Research Dept. and assisting Project Dept. in candidate approaching and resume obtaining.
- Assisting Project Dept. to arrange the interview for the candidate
- Responsible for project data management and participating in the industry analysis
Qualification：
Education & Working Experience
- With bachelor or above education background
- Over 2 years working experience
Skills & Capability
- Good communication skills
- Telephone Sales experience is preferable
- Good command of English
- Be familiar with Micro-Office and relevant software operation
- Carefulness, hardworking, passion, well organizing. Can work under pressure
Consultant/Assistant Consultant
Key Accountability：
- Completing project target under Consultant's guidance and assistance;
- Responsible for project assignment handling independently, including candidates screening and approaching, interview arranging, report formulating, C&B coordinating, project progress following up etc.
- Analyzing and identifying competencies of the job descriptions and requirements of each position from clients;
- Involving in industry analysis and information management;
- Under conditions of mass projects, providing project support to the consultants (job arrangement by Consultants);
- Depending on experience and position level, engaging in communication with the clients.
Qualification：
Education & Working Experience
- With bachelor degree education background
- 5 years working experience, more than 1 year experience in recruiting function or consulting company will be preferred
Skills & Capability
- Can work under pressure;
- Good communication skill;
- Good command of English;
- Be familiar with Micro-Office and relevant software operation.
- Active, self-motivated, confident, teamwork spirit.
